Figuring it all out

Here's a couple shots from around the house. If I don't get out more, things are going to become repetitive if they haven't already. I won't normally be posting twice a day but I have a hunch that networkedblogs.com didn't send my first post over to facebook because I had already posted before I set that up.

So, to figure it all out, I'm posting again. Here's a couple shots fresh off the ol' cell phone. The ones of the birdbath are special. We got Mom the birdbath as a memorial to Dad when he passed away in 2000. The tree guy who took down some trees a few months back dropped a branch on the original birdbath, breaking the bowl into several pieces (and then hiding it until we found it and called him out on it, but that's another story). Lorraine and I got a replacement birdbath and John just carried the heavy cement bowl out back, intending to put the entire birdbath back there. The new bowl fits on the old stand so we are leaving it that way for now... so the raccoons can continue to grace the back yard.
